Member Service Representative Job Description Template
The Member Service Representative is responsible for providing quality service and assistance to members and potential members of the credit union. The MSR will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: greeting members and visitors, processing transactions, answering questions related to products and services, referring business to other departments as needed, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality with member information. The MSR will display a positive attitude at all times, possess excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, have basic computer skills, and be able to work independently.

Member Service Representative Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer service inquiries and problems
- Basic computer skills
