Internal Recruiter Job Description Template
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance. This role will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates through various channels (including job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.), screen and interview candidates, and extend offers of employment. The Internal Recruiter will also maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates in order to fill future openings quickly and efficiently.

- To keep abreast of new trends in recruiting and talent acquisition, and share best practices with colleagues.

Internal Recruiter Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- A minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting is required for the role of Internal Recruiter.
- Proven ability to source, screen and select high caliber candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
