  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in assigned client groups, providing HR guidance and support on all aspects of people management
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders and employees in assigned client groups, serving as a trusted advisor and resource on all HRrelated matters
  • Understand the business strategies and objectives for assigned client groups, and develop and implement HR plans and programs that support those goals
  • Partner with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations) to provide comprehensive HR support to assigned client groups
  • Stay upto-date on trends and best practices in human resources management, and share relevant information with business leaders and employees in assigned client groups
  • Manage employee relations issues in assigned client groups, working closely with managers to resolve problems quickly and effectively while minimizing risk to the company
