The HR Analyst will work with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and issues in the workforce. HR Analyst Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts analysis of HR programs and policies to determine effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends in employee behavior and makes recommendations to management on how to improve employee relations.
  • Investigates employee complaints and recommends disciplinary action when appropriate.
  • Develops training programs to improve employee performance and address identified areas of weakness.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of new HR technologies, systems, or processes.
  • Keeps abreast of changes in labor laws and compliance requirements and provides guidance to management on these issues.

Objectives
