The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for investigating and resolving employee concerns, developing and administering programs to proactively address employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to managers on employee relation matters, and maintaining records. Other duties will include conducting exit interviews, preparing reports on employee relations trends, and staying current on employment law. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities, experience handling confidential information with discretion, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Employee Relations Specialist Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns about their employment
