The Campus Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and staffing for assigned client groups within an organization. This may include but is not limited to: job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending offers and managing the offer process. The Campus Recruiter must be able to work independently with little supervision while maintaining strong communication with their team. They will utilize creative strategies to identify top talent and must be able to think outside the box when it comes to sourcing candidates. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and be able to maintain a positive attitude even during high-pressure situations.

Campus Recruiter Job Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates for open positions at the company.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates to assess fit for open positions.
  • Work with hiring managers to determine ideal candidate qualifications for open positions.
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the fullcycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
