The Benefits Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to employees and retirees regarding their benefits. They will answer questions and resolve problems related to health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability, 401k, pension and other employee benefits. The Benefits Representative will keep detailed records of employee interactions and maintain knowledge of all benefit programs.
