Residential Aide Job Responsibilities

Residential Aide Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- A Residential Aide typically works in a group home or residential facility and provides care and support for residents with developmental disabilities. There are no specific education or experience requirements for this position, but most Residential Aides have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Many states also require Residential Aides to complete a training program and pass a background check.
