Objectives
- Direct and coordinate activities of real estate sales agents engaged in selling, leasing, or managing properties
- Confer with clients to determine their needs and advise them on the type, location, and price of property best suited to their requirements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate interest in properties; advertise properties for sale or lease
- Arrange for showing of properties to prospective buyers or tenants
- Negotiate purchase or lease agreements on behalf of clients
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases
Real Estate Manager Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is typically required for this position.
- Several years of experience working in commercial or residential real estate are also necessary.
