Real Estate Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • Assist real estate agent with various administrative tasks
  • Handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate open houses and property showings
  • Prepare marketing materials such as flyers and brochures
  • Maintain updated records of properties, clients, and transactions
  • Input new listings into Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database
  • Conduct market research to determine suitable pricing for properties

Objectives

  • To provide administrative support to the real estate team and ensure the smooth running of dayto-day operations.
  • To liaise with clients, landlords, tenants and other third parties on behalf of the real estate team.
