- Assist real estate agent with various administrative tasks

- Conduct market research to determine suitable pricing for properties

- To provide administrative support to the real estate team and ensure the smooth running of dayto-day operations.
- To liaise with clients, landlords, tenants and other third parties on behalf of the real estate team.
- To coordinate property viewings, open houses and closings.
- To prepare marketing materials such as listings, flyers and email campaigns.
- To manage the team’s social media accounts and website content.
- To maintain accurate property records and files.
- To undertake general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and managing incoming/outgoing mail flow
