The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of the property. This includes but is not limited to: marketing and leasing vacant space, collections, rent rolls, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and special projects as needed. The Property Manager represents the ownership in all interactions with tenants, vendors, and governmental agencies.
