The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for leading and facilitating organization-wide initiatives in the areas of change management, employee engagement, and process improvement. The Specialist will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that support the organization's culture and business goals. In addition, the Specialist will provide coaching and consultation to individual employees and teams to help them navigate through times of change.

Organizational Development Specialist Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting organizational needs assessments and designing programs to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Developing training programs and facilitating workshops on topics such as communication, team building, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Consulting with managers and employees on individual and group dynamics, coaching individuals and groups through challenging situations, and mediating conflicts.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading process improvement teams in the design and implementation of new processes or reengineering of existing ones.
  • Conducting research on organizational development theories and practices, staying upto-date on latest trends, and applying best practices to meet the specific needs of the organization.
