Escrow Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute escrow instructions to all parties involved in the transaction
- Receive and review executed documents from buyers, sellers, and agents
- Coordinate with mortgage lender to ensure all loan conditions are satisfied
- Calculate prorations and finalize escrow account balances
- Schedule the closing date and time with all parties involved
- Attend closing meeting to oversee the transfer of ownership
