The Correctional Treatment Specialist is responsible for providing treatment and rehabilitation services to inmates in a correctional facility. The specialist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide counseling and therapy services, and coordinate with other staff members to provide comprehensive care. The specialist must be able to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
