The Talent Director will be responsible for leading and executing the talent strategy for the company. This includes sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to build a high-performing workforce. The Talent Director will also develop and implement programs to engage and retain employees. In addition, the Talent Director will manage the budget for all talent initiatives.
