Senior Architect Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design of new buildings or the renovation and expansion of existing ones.

- Coordinates with other professionals such as engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, and city planners during the planning and development stages of a project.

Senior Architect Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- The skills and qualifications needed for the role of Senior Architect include:
- A minimum of five years professional experience in an architectural practice
- Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent in the UK, EU or internationally
- Hold a recognized professional qualification in architecture such as RIBA Part III, Master of Architecture or similar
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering successful projects, ideally within healthcare, education or commercial sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally
