The Hostess is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive, seating them in the dining room, and ensuring that they have a pleasant dining experience. The Hostess may also be responsible for taking reservations and answering any questions that guests may have about the menu or the restaurant.

Objectives

- To keep the dining room clean and organized, as well as help with setup and tear-down before and after shifts.
- To be able to answer any questions guests may have about menu items or specials.
- To take accurate food and drink orders, input them into the POS system, and relay them to the kitchen staff or barista in a timely manner.
