- Summarising key points and decisions made during facilitation sessions, and documenting these for followup purposes.

There is no one specific set of qualifications needed to be a facilitator, but rather a variety of skills that can be helpful. Some people who are successful as facilitators have previous experience leading groups or facilitating training. Others may have strong communication and organizational skills.
