Construction Laborer Responsibilities
- Assist with construction and remodeling tasks including framing, insulation, drywall, painting, plumbing, electric, flooring, and general clean up
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies and all applicable state and federal regulations
- Correct and document quality control issues
- Perform work assignments in accordance with project plan, standard operating procedures, and quality control processes
- Assist with project materials inventory, and dispose of unusable materials in accordance with environmental compliance
- Make deliveries to job sites
- Conduct safety, quality, and production audits, and initiate corrective actions
- Make minor repairs and installations as needed
- Complete periodic safety inspections and audits
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
