The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and successful completion of commercial construction projects. They will work closely with the project owner, architect, and general contractor to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule, coordinating all subcontractors and suppliers, managing change orders and contract modifications, overseeing quality control procedures, and resolving any construction issues that may arise.
