  • The Chef de Partie is responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
  • He/she ensures that all food items are prepared according to recipes and within specified timeframes.

  • The Chef de Partie liaises with suppliers to ensure that quality ingredients are sourced.
