The Camp Director is responsible for the overall operation of the camp program. This includes hiring, training and supervising staff; developing and implementing camp activities; managing finances; and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Camp Director also serves as a liaison between the camp and its stakeholders, including parents, sponsors and community partners.
