Busser Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests and seat them at their table
- Clear away any dirty dishes from the table
- Bring out bread or other appetizers for the guests
- Refill water glasses as needed
- Remove used plates and utensils from the table after each course
- Sweep up any crumbs or debris from the floor around the table
