- The skills and qualifications needed for the role of Barback include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- At least one year of experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy loads, as well as to stand for long periods of time, is necessary.
