The Banquet Captain is responsible for the coordination and execution of all banquet events. They will work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all details of the event are taken care of, including set-up, food and beverage service, and clean-up. The Banquet Captain will also be responsible for managing a team of servers and ensuring that they provide excellent customer service.
