- Maintain executive’s schedule and assist with planning appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- To conduct research as requested by executives or other senior staff, and compile results in a concise format.
- To maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, including handling sensitive information with discretion.
Personal Executive Assistant Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- A bachelor’s degree is often required for this position, although some employers may prefer candidates with an associate degree or a higher level of education.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
