- Manage and coordinate all aspects of mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Interface with clients to determine project scope, objectives and requirements
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, track progress and performance against milestones and deliverables
- Oversee the work of subordinate staff and contractors, ensuring quality control throughout the duration of the project
- Prepare reports for upper management detailing project status, risks and recommendations for corrective action
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required level of quality
