An inside sales representative is responsible for generating new sales leads, managing customer accounts, and developing long-term relationships with customers. They may also be responsible for providing customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in customer service or sales. Inside Sales Representative  Job Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers via telephone and email, providing product information and scheduling appointments
  • Research and resolve customer issues, including making adjustments or additions to product specifications and applications
  • Coordinate samples, contracts, and project details with outside sales representatives
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports
  • Schedule and attend sales meeting.
