Executive Director Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- The Executive Director role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to think strategically and critically is essential, as is the ability to manage a budget and staff. A minimum of five years' experience in a management position is required, along with a bachelor's degree; however, a master's degree or higher is preferred.
