Document Processor Job Responsibilities
- Read and analyze documents to be processed.
- Determine the best way to process the document, based on its content and purpose.
- Convert the document into the appropriate format for processing, using scanning and OCR technologies as needed.
- Perform quality control checks on processed documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Archive processed documents according to established procedures.

- To work closely with other departments within the company in order to ensure that all documents are processed correctly and in a timely fashion.

- To keep abreast of new developments in document processing technology and software, and to implement these when necessary.
- To train new staff members on document processing procedures and systems when required

- There are no specific skills or qualifications needed for the role of document processor. However, some employers may prefer candidates with experience in office administration or data entry. Good computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
