Contract Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties.
- Draft contract amendments and modifications as needed.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through termination.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations by all parties involved in the agreement.
- Resolve disputes or disagreements that may arise during the course of a contract term

Contract Analyst Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- At least three years of experience working with contracts
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
