Business Administrator Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain office operations and procedures, including filing systems, order processing, data entry, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Answer telephones and take messages.
  • Greet clients and visitors as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs.
  • Manage projects as needed from start to finish within budget and timelines while adhering to company guidelines. This may include developing project plans, coordinating with team members, tracking progress, creating reports, and presenting results to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff as needed which could involve scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, handling confidential information with discretion, etc.
