Objectives

- To maintain order among guests and prevent fights or other disruptive behavior.
- To monitor guest entry and exit to ensure that no one enters or leaves without proper authorization.
- To check IDs to verify age requirements and issue wristbands or other credentials as needed.
- To remain vigilant at all times, paying attention to potential safety hazards and taking appropriate action when necessary
Bouncer Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
- The skills and qualifications needed for the role of bouncer vary depending on the employer, but may include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience working as a security guard or in customer service, and a valid driver's license.
