Architect Job Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, prepare cost estimates, and develop design concepts, including space planning, structural systems, finishes, and fixtures
- Conduct pre construction meetings to bid and build out entire system
- Assist in building functional specifications for system components, furniture, and fixtures
- Research and source products, materials, and equipment
- Manage the creation, development, and maintenance of project documents and databases
- Carve out scope of work, budget, and schedules
- Meet with clients and end users throughout the project, including at design conceptualization and pre construction meetings
- Produce design development drawings and construction documents
- Maintain and update project databases, including construction schedules, budget, and cost estimates

Architect Skills Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 5+ years experience in architectural design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
- Knowledge of job site safety practices required
